G1. Can fan-made creations be commercialized?

Please don't sell fanart of my IP! I wouldn't do it to your OCs, so it's not fair you do it to mine. I won't actively harass you if you do, but know that it goes against my wishes. If it is done by a bigger entity which expects to sell many copies, I might have to send them a DMCA. What counts as commercializing my work/IP? Selling physical merchandise like keychains, shirts, posters, toys. What doesn't count? Posting the drawing, even behind a paywall like Patreon, selling PSD files, using the picture in a video, thumbnail, profile picture, banner.

G2. Can AI be used on your work?

It is already being scraped without being asked simply by existing online. It doesn't bother me. Perhaps after I die, an AI will keep creating in my spirit. I am more concerned about it being reposted by humans on other websites where I have no control. Thus, please do not use AI on drawings I make for other people, such as commissions, gifts, trades.

G3. Will you hire me for your project? Will you work on my project?

Sorry, there is no guarantee I will hire you, I am extremely picky and I dislike teamwork, because these are my passion projects and I don't want anyone to meddle with my vision. As for helping others, whether with paintings or writing, I don't have time. I will let everyone know when I am available for painting work. I cannot write for other projects because I am only able to write within my own settings.
